Never ever do you get what you order!! Been a problem for awhile now...I won't be going to the one in Rustburg anymore except to get the things I ordered this morning View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
Ordered two large drinks, realized the medium was $1. Tried to switch order but apparently that was rocket science for the employee who quote “makes 67,000 a year” to accomplish. Maybe if Hardee’s paid her 77,000 we could get basic level human decency or just you know...customer service. Joke of a business. View all feedback.
Sausage biscuits were really fat this morning. others I bought before were not.
Rather tasty burger and shake, but the pommes were just a too salty tade.
Horrible service.Extremely rude staff including management. Hard or cold food usually.
This place is not very consistent with service. Today no Gravy for breakfast. The worker taking the order was not very pleasant to be there either. Today basically sucked !!
