As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. Our food was served promptly. While I hadn't heard much about other Pizza Hut locations, the one in Russellville exceeded my expectations and was fantastic. View all feedback.

Drove 30 minutes to have a meal. Apparently, their dine in is closed . I asked when will it be back open and was told I don 't know . One would think that they would have the doors locked as well as some hint of information that the dine in is closed. I 'm not very pleased right now.
I received the wrong food at this restaurant and it was cold. I had to wait in line at the hut for 20 minutes.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was yelled at in the drive-thru because the employee couldn't hear me. They were very disrespectful the entire time I was there. Although the food was good, the customer service was horrendous. This restaurant needs to be shut down because they don't seem very organized.
