My order got messed up and didn't it realize it until after we had done left headed home. I called, they apologized and told me next time I was in the area to swing back by and they would make it right. A week later I went and they done just as promised. They also gave my dog a treat as well. Only complaint I have is that they will no longer have the Bo sauce which is the best part about Bojangles View all feedback.
What Sukriti Chamling doesn't like about Bojangles:
There was a sign on the door saying the dining room is open but the doors were locked. Then the person taking orders was rude and snapped at us. We just drove away McDonald's down the road was happy to serve us breakfast View all feedback.

Food is always great. Especially this location. Never disappointed in anything.
The food is good but seriously overpriced. I'm stunned at the price for their chicken fingers and won't be going back. I can get a ribeye cheaper.
Very Friendly Staff Management. They have always done what they could for us whether it be anything from replacing an order or just being courteous in general. Keep up the great work Bojangles Staff!
Was my first time ever and the food was delicious her breakfast is pretty good.
