The Russell Inn - Russell-Binscarth

Am here for a week working and surprised The hotel is older but nice and clean and I love ❤️ the beds Soft and squeaky clean with crisp white sheets and towels in the bathroom For a work hotel filled with construction workers it's great The reception staff is amazing Wuick to check you in and very polite they are super and deserve a pat on the pack You get a small breakfast voucher which is nice 5$off and there's a pool waterslide and hot tub The bar also has a family restaurant and in short it's a good place to stop I'll be back

Driving down Highway 16 and you can't help but see all the signs and I had to see if the y lived up to their claims Portions are generous. had the burger with with onion rings and the rings were fantastic. Huge crispy and tasty. Burger was great also. Wife had a burger fries combo and again fantastic with good burger and great homemade crispy fries.Nice, clean decor and friendly staff.

So nice, when travelling, to have real food -- freshly roasted turkey in my sandwich. The service was friendly and attentive.

Food is usually ok but has never been worth the $. I've only ever had 2 waiters (Ottie and Laverne) that have been good. All the others need to take some pointers on customer service and hospitality. I use to eat and have a few casual drinks here decently often but the prices have been raised again so I will not be coming here to eat again until the business gets less greedy. This is Russell Manitoba, not a 5 star resort. For now I will gather my friends and socialize somewhere else (even the hotel room) instead of wasting my well earned money in the restaurant or bar. Try one of the other restaurants in town. There is really good food elsewhere.

Very much enjoyed our dinner out here recently. They have so many menu options and our group was able to get anything they desired. The staff are particularly attentive to needs (ie. water refilled, drinks, etc). Can't wait to dine again soon!
