Good, fresh food, lite and tasty didn't want a heavy meal on roadtrip. Dining area closed, but steady flow of customers social distancing in line. These 2 ladies were frustrated they were so busy (on a Thursday night) people kept coming in to order, but with 4.3 stars I thought it was better to stop here in Rusk on our way to Beaumont since Jacksonville only 3.7 stars. Very clean location! Employees are attentive and quick to fulfill both online and in-store orders. If they are delayed, they are reassuring and apologetic. Great customer service. I especially admired Kristy's customer service skills. Thank you for a delicious sandwich, Kristy!!
Probably the best subway I've ever had, they were fast clean and very friendly! The bathroom needs cleaning.
Staff we are great, some of the Veggs are not so good.
Absolutely the best subway I've visited for a long time. The staff is wonderful and fast. Recommend this place for a good quality meal.
