Jake was great, he made sure we were well taken care of! The cocktails were so delicious! We had a really lovely time!!!!!

Last Saturday evening was my first visit to the Sky Bar, we had a perfect table, just right for 7 of us to enjoy cocktails and nibbles in lovely surroundings. The bar was busy and Viola was a great host, she was welcoming and friendly. She made sure we had drinks and nothing was too much trouble. Her positive energy was very infectious. Thanks to Viola and all the team for an enjoyable evening.

Really lovely afternoon tea. We brought our 5 year old boy and he was wonderfully catered for with a kid’s version of the adult’s afternoon tea! Lucie was great and showed us all the teas and was very attentive throughout.

Came here on a Sunday for afternoon tea as a treat. The service was great, the selection of sandwiches and cakes were amazing and the range of teas to try was extensive. All the teas were described to us so we were able to pick the best ones to go with our food. Nothing was too much trouble and our allergies were catered for amazingly without any awkwardness (definitely worth telling them about allergies in advance/ when you book rather than when you arrive on the day). Would definitely recommend

I have to say we decided to go to the Aviator last minute after our meal in the Swan. Ollie was outstanding with his customer services. Was very attentive and made my Birthday extra special. Thank you
