What a disappointment. Had the porridge, it used to be Moma's porridge which was really nice. Now it is a not. What we were had was not cooked, it appeared to just have had hot water on it. View all feedback.
Good food and good service, what more is there to say.
Lovely hotel with bright spacious rooms, right in the middle of town. Breakfast on par with other Spoons. Rooms quiet even when pub busy.
It's a nice, cheap Pub. The food quality is not the best, but the price makes it good :
Always good value, we had a meal and a couple of beers. We parked in Morrisons got some shopping and spur of the moment walked across to queen hotel for a meal.
Our experience at the queen hotel was very gd staff very polite,helpful and friendly. Considering we were over a pub we did not have any noise issues very quiet at night .
