Visited here for the first time on the off chance for a table on a Friday evening and they managed to squeeze us in. Decor could do with some updating but the food was delicious, particularly the nan bread. Friendly service too. Will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What ClareAltham doesn't like about Himalaya:
Ordered a takeaway on 28th Dec Whilst the curry was ‘nice’ it wasn’t the tastebud tantaliser of a curry I was expecting from reading the reviews. I had ordered the Chicken Tikka Massala which was heavy on the coconut flavour (fine for me as I like coconuts and cream) but overall the flavour was reminiscent of a Korma rather than a Massala. A few friends and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The ambiance was very relaxing and mesmerizing. We were delighted to find that there was a large 20% discount on food, which was an added bonus for us. We truly enjoyed our meal and loved it.
We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The staff allowed us to take our time and were attentive, offering great recommendations. The house specials were fantastic, especially the classic curries. We definitely plan on returning and would recommend this restaurant to others for a relaxed, enjoyable, and reasonably priced dining experience.
Doing great guys . Food is much much better and got great flavour. We really enjoyed it! We all will be back with our more friends.....

Go here very often. Love the food and very friendly atmosphere. Love the lamb balti as well as the Ferrero Rocher ice cream. Would recommend
