The break... read more We stayed at this restaurant overnight. The room was spacious but in need of some maintenance. It was adequate for a one-night stay but not luxurious. The breakfast was decent with many options, and the coffee was good. The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and in the dining room. Overall, it felt like a three-star hotel with three-star amenities but with prices that seemed more like four-star. It may not have been great value for the money, but it served our needs.

The staff were exceptional from beginning to end, displaying friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism throughout. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. The private room we were given was perfect and everyone in our group enjoyed the evening. The food was delicious and of a high standard, with a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The hardworking and attentive staff never missed a beat. I highly recommend this place for any occasion, as it is truly worth visiting.

However, the next day I left a message for Linda... read more I attempted to reserve the small restaurant for a private event and was informed by Sue that it was available. However, the next day I left a message for Linda to contact me but it was never passed on. After calling twice, I finally spoke to her and found out that the restaurant was already booked for another event, indicating that Sue had checked the wrong diary. This was a disappointing experience and I did not even receive a proper apology.

We had my daughters wedding here on June and what more can I say than it was the most amazing day ever, the staff could not do enough for you, the food was amaz... read more We had my daughters wedding here on June and what more can I say than it was the most amazing day ever, the staff could not do enough for you, the food was amazing, the settings and layout and the way it was...conducted were all so beautiful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we had a lot of family stay. Breakfast in the morning was also yummy! Could not fault the place and would definitely recommend it for weddings or any other event you wish to hold here. The gardens were so lovely especially the little courtyard which was perfect for the venue. Thankyou very much to everyone involved, hope to see you soon for afternoon tea or just a meal drink!
