Contribute Feedback What Jera Dieu likes about Burger King:
The restaurant had a bit too much mayonnaise on my sandwich, causing the bread to keep sliding apart. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. This is a great spot for a casual lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I recommend trying the Caramel Sundae, Whopper, and Onion Rings. View all feedback.
What RH Holschbach doesn't like about Burger King:
For dinner, expect to spend between $20 to $30 per person. The food is rated at a 4, with the service at a 2 and the atmosphere at a 1. Some recommended dishes include the Whopper. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot. View all feedback.
I waited in line for 25 minutes today and still didn't receive my order. This has happened to me 4 times before at this Burger King location. In total, my order has been messed up 12 times. On 7 of those occasions, my food was cold by the time I received it. I don't think I will be coming back to Burger King anytime soon.
Yesterday at 5:00 pm, I went through the drive-thru at a restaurant and ordered 2 hefty dishes and a large cherry soda. The menu board advertised a 16 oz drink for $1.00, so I requested that size. However, when I got to the window, I was given a small cup typically used for regular size drinks. I questioned the employee about this, but she insisted that they only had one size. Despite explaining that I had ordered the 16 oz drink before, she refused to accommodate me. Frustrated, I left without the correct drink. I had to return and demand my soda along with the proper size. The employee continued to argue with me, claiming they only offered the smaller size. I pointed out the menu board stating otherwise, but she dismissed it, saying she didn't have time to check. I expressed my disappointment in their practices and insisted on receiving what I had paid for. It was a frustrating experience, as I simply wanted to receive what I had ordered without employees making up their own rules.
Today at 8:30, the restaurant was not open yet because the manager was not present. It's understandable, delays happen. After waiting for half an hour, it seemed like they might have been sleeping. There should have been someone available to open the restaurant after half an hour of delay.
