Ma's Pizza Kitchen Rural View

I asked for a pizza at 5:45 pm to be deliver and never got it, called 5 times after 8 pm and answer was the pizza was 10 minutes away. Service: Delivery Price per person: $40–60

We ordered online for pick up at a certain time, our order was there waiting for us as promised, was nice and hot and tasted awesome!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

If your new to Mackay and your looking for an Italian pizza place to get good quality food, this is not it. It’s a step down if not the same as dominos. At least dominos is better value. They use cheap ingredients and mascaraed under an Italian flag. If you brought this pizza to Italy they would be disgraced. Change the logo to an Australian flag please! Classic Aussie homemade pizza is better than this : customer service was really not there either.

The BEST pizza by far. You won’t be disappointed and very worth the wait.

I admit the last couple of times we've ordered from Ma's it didn't seem to be made with the excellence of earlier times, BUT... the pizza's we ordered tonight were absolutely AMAZING. Online ordering went seamlessly I love the new style ordering. The pizza's were BELLISSSSIMMMAAAAA! We ordered butchers block on thin base; Ham and pineapple with extra pineapple on bbq sauce on thin base and the reef and beef on the thin base, and they were absolutely delicious. We collected from the store.
