The interior is spotless, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say!

So glad I did her... read more Since becoming gluten intolerant I havent bothered with burgers, the idea of having a baked patty from most fast food places has not appealed. So glad I did here though, it's a lovely comfortable place with brilliant friendly staff and the food was amazing, my burger was laid bare with bacon, cheese salad and chips and tasted divine, such a shame people only think of the faster burgers from other brands when wimpy offers a pretty unique HQ sit down burger experience that left me full of good food and not slightly sick (like those others used to) toped with an amazing shake (totally free from all allergens) Wish I lived closer, would be back each week for my burger fix if I could

This is not our nearest Wimpy, that would be Farnborough, but there is no contest Jeff and his team at Addlestone have the cleanest restaurant with the best foo... read more This is not our nearest Wimpy, that would be Farnborough, but there is no contest Jeff and his team at Addlestone have the cleanest restaurant with the best food and finest service. Farnborough by comparison is sub standard in all these criteria, but that's another review altogether. As always, superb food and hospitality from Addlestone. Jeff is a natural who makes all customers feel welcome and appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble which makes for an all round enjoyable experience.

Additionally, I was disappointed to see that the restaurant was still using plastic straws, which are banned in the UK.
