We were unable to try the desserts at this restaurant because the staff were so rude that we decided to leave before placing an order. After waiting for a table and receiving no service, I approached the counter and was told that I needed to wear a mask. Despite expressing that I wanted to eat in and did not believe a mask was necessary for this, the staff member ignored me and turned her back. Even when my daughter tried to speak with her, she still refused to acknowledge us. After waiting a few more minutes, we ultimately left as it was not a pleasant experience.

Honestly, if you have a sweet tooth, Kaspas is the place for you. They have a large selection of sweets and beverages so you can never be disappointed. The decoration in this shop is also amazing, gives you the vibes of a refurbished American diner. The only downside is that staff often forget if you have requested for extra/removed toppings on waffles and crepes.

After a tough week, I decided to treat myself to something indulgent and tried out this restaurant. I was pleased to discover they offer takeout options, and they were speedy with my order. The food and smoothie were absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you.

Food here is amazing! Just the thought makes my mouth water. We live just around the corner so come here quite often, i must have tried half the menu. Always delightful!!

Our server Elena was pleasant, however Charmaine was very rude to her and seemed flustered. She was swearing in front of customers and even told Elena to stop serving in order to help prepare food when there was a large queue. There are better ways to handle situations like this, as swearing in front of customers and children is inappropriate. Despite this, the food was good.
