Costa Coffee - Runnymede

I asked the staff if the internet was working because I needed to do some work. They said yes, but when I tried to log in, my VPN indicated that the connection was not secure. I informed the staff about the issue, and they admitted that they had been experiencing problems for weeks and couldn't access the internet themselves. They also mentioned that no one had come to fix it. Fortunately, I had only ordered a black coffee.

The service at this restaurant was slow with only one server taking orders. They attended to three other customers before finally taking my order.

The coffee was strange and I never received a glass of water. The restaurant was quiet but every table was dirty with leftover rubbish.

I'm a regular costa customer, I usually order the dairy-free Chocolate Brownie Frappe. Blessed to have the Addlestone branch as my local Costa, where I prefer to be served by Chloe, who always remembers my order exactly how I like it and makes it better than any other branch I visit, always topped off with a friendly greeting and smile. More people like Chloe please
