Visited this little gem today, was really tasty! Had the duck with honey and my partner had the chicken salad. Big portions and really good. Staff were also friendly enough. My only one negative was that service was really slow! We waited a fair while for the food and then took some time to get the bill. Overall would go again. View all feedback.
What Chris Atuhe doesn't like about La Marmite:
C est une bonne adresse du marché de rungis car la nourriture y est souvent bonne et le service accueillant. Victime de son succès le service peut paraître très long quand il y a beaucoup de monde View all feedback.
Amazing aromas and good wein, perfect for an evening in montmartre, I had the schalottes and the swirl soup that was delicious and bordeaux red wine the attention was good: I will be definitiw back
Tasty food and cocktail in te sun .. the service is excellent and friendly. I recommend the place
Very bad service from the lady. We wait 10 minutes for two aperol, and we didn't get snack, but other table yes.
We were staying at a Hotel on the other side of the flyover and used my phone to locate a way over the flyover bridge. It was not easy to find after several attempts we found the entrance that was also the way to a night club. Once on the right side of the bridge it was a little eyrie to say the least. Dark isolated and a bit scary but we reached the other side and the restaurant was right in front of us. The staff were very attentive replacing plates of shrimp and bread and we chose what we wanted and whilst we waited for our meal. We ordered Tuna which was larger than excepted and very tasty indeed as were the vegetables that accompanied our Tuna. The desert was also very nice we finished with an Irish coffee which had a very generous amount of whisky in it. We were dreaded going back over the bridge, to our surprise we were offered a free taxi ride back to our hotel and this was very welcome. All in all the restaurant experience itself was very good, good food and wine and really friendly staff.
First we went there for the le consulat ruautant, but le marmite was the place that stole our hunger and it was a good place to hide from the rain. we ordered grilled salmon with very good frying and a cheese omelette (omelette du religiousage) and a green salat side. my phone battery died on sacre coure and that was the place where I had loaded my battery while we ate (free). Bonus point for this place! the dessert was incredible: maus aux chocolate the best! 2022 and we were back to eat. unfortunatlly I didn't make the lunch photos of eating but the dessert ... delicious
