we had a very pleasant eating a little later in the evening when we had expected that a few dings were not available but still had a lot of choice. our waitress was very informative and had a nice smile even so late the day when I felt sure she was home after a busy evening. in any case we will go back there and hopefully have the same experience. What Harrison Rogers doesn't like about Beefeater Preston Brook:
OK 1 issue the Gents trap 1 when you sit down there is a gap to the right of the door. Nowhere is perfect So had Sunday dinner, let me say it was a plateful, it was hot it was all the best of a proper roast. The place may not look much on the outside but it's of a good standard inside, clean and the food was reasonably quick to come to us and the staff were spot on. Will definatly go again when I'm in the area View all feedback.
Come here quite often with the family and always have a lovely meal. The staff are lovely and always make a fuss of us as they recognise us as regulars. Great place to eat!

Great place, love the food and the staff all are friendly and helpful. The TBone steak was very nice they certainly know how to cook a steak that's for sure!
I want to mention the service at this restaurant. We have visited a few times since it became a Beefeater, and I must say, the food is usually very good but...
Had the worst meal ever today, the quality of the turkey Christmas lunch was dreadful. Frozen sprouts and roast potatoes, turkey slices, over cooked...
