I wasn't very impressed with the service; it seemed like the staff were more focused on hanging out and smoking rather than attending to customers.

We never got our order because I just left after hearing what I assumed to be an employee using horribly offensive language through their intercom with another customer. Have been there a number of times and usually something is wrong with our order. Will probably not return which is sad because I love Bumpers burgers.
