Our waitress was unhelpful when we requested to change tables and seemed disinterested in her job. It took a long time for our drinks to be brought to us, and even though the menu stated there were no nuts in the Bombay chicken, it came with shaved almonds, which was not ideal as my friend has a nut allergy. Despite this, the food was consistently delicious. It's a shame that the service was lacking, as it has made me hesitant to come back in the future. I hope they can improve in this area.

We waited 10 minutes to be greeted at the entrance, then spent another 30 minutes at the bar before being served, despite being the only customers there. After that, it took another 10 minutes to find us a table, even though there were plenty of empty ones available. We were there for a total of 3 hours and only ordered 4 appetizers and a couple of drinks! To top it off, there was an 18th birthday party with very loud music in the background. They did take £10 off my bill, but the food was just okay—nothing special—though the decor was nice!

When I was finally approached, the staff member informed me that it would be another five minutes before a table would be ready and suggested I go to the bar. However, when I got to the bar, there was no space available, and I ended up waiting in a corner. By 8:30 PM, I had had enough and decided to leave. I was hungry, so I went to Tao Peking down the road instead.
