A look back to the mid-80s. We had a lovely holiday there as a family for the time. We particularly fondly remember the good Thuringian home cooking
I just noticed that my text containing the reasons for my bad rating isn't there. But it was an experience that I can still remember well, even after 2 years. We were 4 adults and 2 children and wanted to have dinner there. It was just before 6 p.m. and the kitchen had been open until around 10 p.m. But since there were few guests there, they decided to clean the kitchen before 6 p.m. Since I had previously read that they were very family-friendly, I asked politely if we could get some simple dish (according to the opening times online and still open for a few hours on site). We weren't given a selection of food. A roulade with dumplings and red cabbage ended up on our plates. When we asked whether there would be anything for children and whether we could perhaps get a few fries, we were told that the kitchen had already been cleaned and that they didn't want to dirty anything because of us. The rating of my dish. The roulade was ok, the dumplings were furry and the red cabbage was inedible. It tasted like a whole bottle of vinegar had been poured into it. Since we didn't get a second drink anyway, we paid and left. Since we had rented holiday homes in this town, we were able to prepare something to eat for the children. We didn't go there to eat a second time.
No breakfast, although it is still offered on the site, no elevator, Wi-Fi is just a matter of luck, as is warm water! Not recommended and definitely way too expensive for these services! Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3
