Description

This restaurant evokes a wide spectrum of opinions. While some patrons rave about the delicious pizzas and well-cooked chips, others recount disappointing encounters, citing undercooked fish and poorly crafted kebab meals. Customer service experiences are equally varied, with friendly staff praised by some, while others report difficulties with refunds and confusing payment methods. The atmosphere buzzes with activity, yet the overwhelming presence of certain staff members can be off-putting. With a decent menu variety and a quick service, this establishment has potential, but consistency in food quality and service remains a concern for many diners.

This is an incredible fish and chips shop. The pizzas are just.. chef's kiss and they really make a Saturday night fell like a Saturday night. This place is quite near to where we live, so whilst the delivery isn't very good (Uber eats, am I right? , it's really easy for us to just drive there and pick it up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area! Not to mention the friendliness of the workers there!

I don’t have chippy a lot but this is always my go to, fish meaty and decent size, chips good and the guy that runs it is friendly

I have started to prefer the chips from this restaurant over the ones from the chip shop I usually go to. The portion size is good and the quality of the chips is nice and soft. However, I did have a one-off experience where the chips were not great and were overly salted. The menu has a good variety of food and the pricing is clearly displayed on blackboards. The owner is friendly, but there is a loud lady who serves and can be a bit overwhelming at times. There are a few other staff members who are good, although some can be a bit awkward. The service is generally good, although they don't hand out lollies to children as much as they used to and have removed the stools for seating. The queue moves quickly and they offer delivery through Just Eat. Payment can be confusing as they sometimes accept cash and sometimes card. Parking is always available outside. Overall, I would give them a 4 out of 5 and recommend trying their chips, chip batch, or pizza.

Avoid this place if you want a decent chippy dinner. Food horrible and when approached the shop for a refund basically got told they could not give me one. Fish should not be fishy and chips should not look or taste like they have been through a dishwasher

I would suggest avoiding this restaurant - they took my money, but failed to provide any food. I was shocked by the poor customer service as they refused to refund me for the missing order. Before ordering from this place, I recommend checking the reviews on Just Eat.
