Pizza Express - Rugby

Oh my goodness. The gluten free pizza was terrible - undercooked, like cardboard, and cold. It cost 16 pounds and was simply awful, with cold toppings on a base that tasted like rubbish. I will never eat here again.

We reserved a table at this restaurant but it seemed they were not prepared for our arrival. We had to wait for a table to be cleared, and the only staff member we saw was distracted by their phone and did not acknowledge us. The food took an hour to arrive after we ordered, indicating a lack of sufficient staff. The service we received seemed unwilling and unwelcoming. We do not plan to return to this restaurant, which is a shame because it is conveniently located nearby. If the management improved, we might consider giving it another try.

We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 2pm and found only one waitress and one kitchen staff member working. It took a while for us to be seated as a table of 6 was splitting the bill individually. Eventually, we were seated at table 21, followed shortly after by another couple who were served drinks before us. Despite the waitress' efforts, there were some issues with the menu - specifically, the Bruschetta was unavailable due to a lack of pesto. It was frustrating to be told that the Bruschetta couldn't be ordered without pesto. I also wasn't asked about toppings for my pizza. Despite the small number of customers, the layout of the restaurant made it feel cramped and noisy. Overall, it was not a great experience at Pizza Express.

Over price sh*tfood £7 for a tiny garlic bread pasta with no flavour and well the pizza was laughable

Visited first time here, delicious food, excellent service, clean place, friendly waitress. Waiting time reasonable, food price fair.
