April 2022. True to what one would expect from a visit to this chain. The famous sauce, a salad like nowhere else and good fries. For this visit we chose the duck breast . We ate well as usual. On the other hand, when I compare to a few years ago (in Bordeaux) I am disappointed to see the quantities decreasing on the plates, both for meat and fish. It's really a shame. Good morning, I was not satisfied with the preparation of the duck breast. In my opinion there are fundamentals to take into account, in particular a golden and melting fat with the pink flesh. But on my plate this was not the case. The fat is almost raw and barely edible and the meat is too rare. That said, the service is correct.
