You have gone above and beyond in your assistance, and making the impossible possible. It is your management that other hotels should look up to. Not to mention what a beautiful hotel in a perfect location by the lake with such elegant decor. The Windows restaurant and the Leopard Bar were also top-notch. But most of all, I am extremely grateful for your immediate loving embrace to us wearied guests. You have welcomed us instantly like we were family. Merci beaucoup!

Great place for a romantic dinner fancy food and quality drinks

Nous sommes passés boire un café et nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. L hôtel est atypique et très agréable. Nous reviendrons passer un week-end. La patronne est super sympathique .quand au prix de la chambre, c est vraiment très compétitif.enfin bref, on vous le recommande

Visited this beautiful hotel for afternoon tea with a friend. Beautiful location, staff very welcoming and tables beautifully set up. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. When I rang and booked table I mentioned it was my friends birthday celebration (they had obviously noted) as when we arrived every member of staff wished us happy birthday. Amazing presentation, lovely champagne and great choice of tea and the sandwiches and cakes were very nice. The staff even made it more special by bringing a little cake and candles to the table. We couldn't manage to eat everything and they even gave us a little box to take the things home. Exceptional service, would definitely return. It was a wonderful treat!
