The Wolf Fixin's Bbq - Ruckersville

It was a pleasure meeting Keith on Sunday. We traveled from Connecticut to attend a graduation ceremony at JMU. First business, southern BBQ. I called Wolf's fixins to find out how they weren't open for business. He explained that I was a huge BBQ fan and had just traveled over 400 miles, Keith offered friendly what he had left from his Saturday catering event. On Sunday morning we met with this very friendly man who was obviously already excited about this restaurant. He presented me and my wife over 2 lbs Plork shoulder, 3 lbs beans and a pound of Coleslaw, along with rolls and bottles of his sweet and spicy sauces. We couldn't eat it until we got home 9 hours later. I can only say wow. Meat made perfect with just the right taste, sauces were well balanced and not watered down and the beans were a home run. I hate Slav, but I always take a bite of news. Holy cow! Really really good claw with a taste undertone extremely unique. Great job Keith, nice to meet you and good luck for you. Next time we'll see you again.

The best food I had in a very long time. I can't wait to get a little more. Thanks Keith for the awesome delicious food!! You always have a #1 fan.

Had some Q and Sausages on the Boot'vil Event. Had some meals at home. This is a well-drawn pork grill! Just the right amount of smoke, not overcooked. Plain, or with your favorite sauce, it cannot be beaten!!

I have a short preview on Sunday in the Restoration Church. I was blown away from everything that was served all the way to (and above all) the sauces! This is the first time I've ever loved commercial potato salad! D-LISH! Can't wait until you're all open!

Went for lunch with my son. I ordered a full rack of ribs and my son ordered the smokehouse burger. My son loved the burger and onion rings. My rack of ribs was the meatiest rack I've ever had. Fall off the bone tender and delicious. I ended up taking most of it home and made 2 more meals out of it. Service was fast and the place was spotless. I will definitely be going back to try other items.
