Starbucks - Ruckersville

I'm so shocked that ruckersville, va has died. my drink was very good and of course I will be back

I stopped by the new restaurant called Situation directly from 29 over the holiday to give it a try. The staff was friendly and my drink order was accurate. Just be sure to check if your drink needs a straw before they bring it to you. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed there was a hole in the frappuccino I ordered for my partner. The option to check your order before leaving is not always available, but overall I enjoyed my experience at the new restaurant.

I waited for 5 minutes before someone finally took my order. The barista didn't know how to make a black and white mocha, even after I explained it to them. I ended up canceling my order because I was running late. The only staff member who tried to help was overwhelmed with other customers, so I ended up feeling frustrated and angry.

The restaurant was okay, but they did not have some of the items I wanted such as breakfast sandwiches, everything bagels, or snowman cookies. I arrived at around 8AM in the morning, but they had opened at 5:30AM. As someone who used to work in the food industry before retiring, I found this lack of availability completely unacceptable. The Starbucks was a new location, and despite the missing items, it left a great first impression.

Came in to have coffee. The staff was very nice and assisted any time I needed anything. Very considerate. I recommend going to enjoy the coffee, food and staff.
