local not free from some peccas to really have the maximum of votes. for example the temperature of the veranda almost unbearable at some point, the drying too minimal, some inaccuracies in the presentation of dishes and wines. but the kitchen is superlative. original, gouty, surprising: one of the best tried in recent times. the account is salty, perhaps a little too much given the notes at the beginning of this rev... What are we gonna do? Everything! impeccable and elegant service, refined presentation of dishes, quality of dishes, quality of wines. Everything was delicious, impeccable. even our little dog had a decorated porcelain bowl (see photo) for its water. there's only one missing michelin star instead of a plate. a hot recommendation.

The location was very cold. The dishes were so small and so extremely expensive. The coperto was 6 euro per person for nothing. It was a robbery. Stay away!

This is a high quality and creative restaurant without a condescending attitude about how customers should eat. They offer a few pre-fixe options, but they are very flexible about how you eat and what you eat. This is a refreshing approach and it is different than a lot of high end restaurants that are set up to do things a particular way. I do not eat any seafood or fish products but my partner does, so we really appreciate restaurants that can accommodate our interests. We opted to do a la carte vegetarian menu for myself and a let the chef decide seafood menu for my partner, and both were exceptional in taste and beautifully presented. Even the bread and butter at this place was unusually good. The location was also a nice feature. They are on a large piazza (one of the largest, if not the largest, in Europe) that we wanted to visit anyway, so it was nice to sit outside and take that in while eating. Most of the piazza is dedicated to pedestrian traffic, so there aren 't many cars to be annoyed by. It was lovely to watch the park-like interior of the piazza slowly fill with people hanging out or enjoying the evening passegiata. The food is obviously Italian but it has just the right amount international influences and friendly, unpretentious atmosphere.
