The Kings Head - Ruan Lanihorne

I'm a fat right, I eat at the end a fair piece around cornwall, so it's fair to say, I know what's good and bad. I and the other half went to Sunday. Eating was absolutely amazing, both had appetizers and we couldn't eat until dessert. everything was really well presented and tasty, this is definitiw at the top of a very short list of places I will visit again

The King's Head is a cut above the rest.A superb chef, starters,mains and desserts all inventive, beautifully presented, substantial portions, reasonable prices , excellent service,all in a lovely, rural setting.

Just had the most fantastic lunch at the Kings head roast beef done to perfection pork succulent, 2 of our friends had the fish which in thier words was delicious. Staff so friendly. we are 8 locally people who live in Ruan if you want a good Sunday lunch or a fish dish this is the place to book. Beautiful setting with garden to the front. Helpful staff and reasonably priced good pub food.

Oh my goodness please save yourselves and do not go here! Except maybe for a pint. The food is disgusting and a rip off! It is 100% false advertising on the website as they do not have anything like that being served. Very disappointed.
