The Marina - Ruakaka

We ordered the Canadian pancakes and mocha. The pancakes were very dry and a small smudge of maple syrup, not impressed. Maybe add a dollop of whipped cream or a small bowl of maple syrup may have helped the dry pancakes, then the mocha resembled a cappuccino, coffee was super strong. Sadly, the food let down such a gorgeous view. Need to find a new treat café. Service: Dine in

Used to be our go to while in Marsden, I think it’s under new management and recently been renovated which looks great. Staff where great, fantastic location, food has taken a big dive unfortunately. I had a big breakfast. Poached eggs were hard. Toast was virtually bread, bacon was hard and dry and some boiled new potatoes?? Wife had pork Burger and kids had chowder. All average at best for money. Quality reminded me of a school fundraiser We’ll be back , but only for a coffee and muffin maybe. Sorry guys.

Great spot for lunch, even in the middle of winter we were able to sit outside, enjoy the marina and keep warm from the heaters. Food Quality So delicious!
