Good food! They serve REAL poblano Chile Rellenos not that ground beef-cheese-bell pepper glop you get at other mexican restaurants. Love the Mexican tacos, all good with a monster beer. Cool bar, clean, nice staff, not expensive, hopping downtown Royston location. This town needed this place bad, glad it is here. View all feedback.

Take out get home with 3 meals the taco salads were nothing but meat and shell I called and was assured my money would be credited back but never was.VERY DISAPPOINTED this restaurant will not get my money or business again. View all feedback.
Small town restaurant but the food and service were great. Will definitely eat here again!
I have loved El Timon since they opened. Food is always good no matter what I get and the staff is usually always friendly!
Food was good and the server was friendly. Food comes out fast. I asked for special hot sauce and it was good and spicy!

Netflix tacos will change your world.If you have not tried these you are neglecting yourself. Unbelievable.I have never tasted anything like these.
