I was through drive through and I ordered 2 breakfast jacks a meat lovers burrito and a orange juice they charged me for the 2 breakfast jacks I only got one breakfast jack and they never gave me a receipt when I went back in there to get my second breakfast jack they told me I only said one breakfast jack and I had to pay for the second one. I am very unhappy with the lack of service. View all feedback.
I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast and a sweet caramel iced coffee.I didn't get the coffee I ordered and the breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it would be.From now on I will just get the tacos here.
Ordered practically a $20 combo just for them to give me the wrong order and i noticed when i got home. CHECK UR ORDER BEFORE U LEAVE
We were waiting in line . One of employee came out the door told us they closed but they still have their open sign on . The manager need to keep eyes on their employees.
Order on app my breakfast sandwich was wrong added Tomatoes and onions on my sandwich did not come with it. Very disappointed I paid five dollars for one breakfast sandwich it was wrong. Work hard for my five dollars as well. Glad I was not a food delivery. They would’ve had my customer mad at me. we could do better here in Royse city take a little pride in your work
The last few times I went, my tacos were somewhat warm. Tonight, my two tacos were semi warm, and then the rest was refrigerator cold. Very disappointing.
