Donutland - Royse City

I went to the donut place off 548 and they were sold out so decided to check this new place . They were very nice , clean and the donuts were wonderful. They were fluffy and tasty. Prices were about the same as other donut shops. I think this is a hidden treasure. Check it out!

So, I’m literally always raving about this spot, because their donuts are tasty and their customer service is usually on point. I am a stickler for great customer service. I called a little bit before 8:30am, a gentleman answered the phone, I asked how much is a dozen of glazed donuts and chocolate donut with sprinkles. He hastily replied “out of glazed donuts” as if he was going to hang up. I quickly advised him that it was for a future order so he quoted the price for the glazed and I asked “and the chocolate with sprinkles” he replied uh and a lady got on the phone and said we busy you call back later, I was advising her nicely that I only needed to know how much is a dozen of chocolate donuts with the sprinkles and she hung up on me. That was rude and is horrible customer service and doesn’t make any sense to me, was totally uncalled for. I have an order to make for my church on Thursday and needed to get exact amount so I can stay within budget. You were too busy to answer a quick question when you’re about to make good money from my order. Makes no sense to me. I will take our business elsewhere.

This place always has the best donuts! On top of that, they are always extremely friendly to their customers. This is an excellent donut shop in every way. I highly recommend this place!

Since covid I've always asked for curbside. They've been very nice at lending me this service. It's appreciated! Their donuts are always fresh and the best in Royse City!
