It's Sunday at 9:30 and we are not allowed to eat in the lobby that has a posted, open till 11pm. When we asked why? We were told that they have an inspection coming up. So I asked,really you are turning away customers so that you don't have to stay up later to clean? The response was yes. One of the better things about eating is always cold because they use microwave for 5 or 10 seconds after ordering, but companies stop asking it so easily when u order it is your way people
Pretty decent BK. The staff could be more friendly to DEFINITELY. Only real complaints are the pommes sizes. We get exactly the same amount in a big frit as we in a little one.
Eating is always good. Thank you to the brave souls to lead the drive-thru last night in the midst of the upcoming wintery fall. We appreciated it!
They can't keep up with their chicken. Four times I've been here and told to pull to the side so they can cook the chicken sandwich. Every time they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag when they finally brought it out. Thankfully I caught it. But after the second time, I mentioned it. Third time I had an awesome conversation with the manager who said they would talk to their GM.Since then, the sandwiches are dry and hard, like they've been sitting out all day under a heating lamp. And that's IF they even grab the right one. This is the seventh order of chicken sandwiches in the last month, and instead of a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they handed me an Italian.It was good, don't get me wrong, but not what I ordered. They're hopeless at this point.
Ordered dietary restricted chicken jr.s for my kids. Got home and they had the item on there that my kids were allergic to.Went back to get it resolved; Jordan and Isaiah gave great customer service and fixed my kids' food.Appreciative of their service!
