They consistently offer the lowest gasoline prices in the area, and the food is outstanding—I highly recommend the chopped brisket and pulled pork. They also have a fantastic selection of beef jerky, plenty of adorable merchandise that my kids enjoy, and so much more. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the checkout lines move quickly, and the place is kept spotless. I give five stars to the staff!

I got a flat... read more I've visited Buc-ee's many times, but the one time I truly needed assistance, they didn't have anything to help someone in a car trouble situation. I got a flat tire and needed help, but they had nothing available. They don't offer items like a plug kit or an air pump. This has been the worst gas station experience I've ever had. I've never been to a gas station that didn't provide anything to help with vehicle issues. I think I've had enough of Buc-ee's because when I really needed support, they couldn't provide anything.

However, I highly advise against ordering the brisket sandwich on a bun. There was way too much gristle and what was supposed to be meat that was inedible. The sandwich costs around $8.48, and my husband could only manage a couple of bites. We definitely won't be ordering the brisket sandwich again.

I've n... read more I used to believe that Buccee’s had everything, but after I had a car issue, I realized they really don’t have anything to assist you in such situations. I've never been to a gas station that doesn't sell fix-a-flat, tire plug kits, or anything else that could actually help. I might as well try putting candle wax or overpriced cow pictures in my tire! What I needed was a practical solution, and Buccee's had nothing. I won’t be returning. I needed help and got nothing. Thanks for nothing!

The aroma of freshly roasted candied pecans fills the air. There are also gifts and games available. Elizabeth greeted us warmly as we entered, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
