Domino's Pizza - Royersford

After placing an order for pizza at Dominos over the phone, I had a wonderful experience speaking with Sydney. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and pleasant. Sydney took the time to inform me about ongoing deals and made sure I received the best offer possible. I truly value customer service and appreciate when employees go above and beyond to assist. Sydney was professional, courteous, and sweet, making me a happy customer. Her exceptional service has made me want to return to Dominos time and time again. Thank you, Sydney!

The staff at this restaurant is truly exceptional, from the friendly phone operators and pizza makers to the diligent delivery drivers. Everyone is incredibly kind and provides top-notch customer service. They handle any issues with orders or delivery preferences with understanding and strive to accommodate your needs. I wish more establishments had employees as fantastic as these.

The delivery driver rudely commented on my tip, and unfortunately, this is not the first time such behavior has occurred. The customer service is lacking in this restaurant.

I placed my order today at 2:29 pm,When I placed my order they said 35 min great) well I received it at 4:05 pm ice cold.I called to speak with management to express my concerns and he hung up and refused to give his name.I called again and he did the same!!! If this is how management treats their customers I will never return to this Domino's or any other!!I will be sure to tell all my friend's and family the same.

I ordered from this location and the delivery estimate was 60 mins. The order was delivered after waiting 140 mins. Avoid going to this location at all cost. How is that considered good customer service?
