The setting was charming, with a warm at... read more I had the opportunity to dine at Le Saisonnier restaurant in Roye recently and the experience was absolutely delicious. The setting was charming, with a warm atmosphere and impeccable service. But what really impressed me was the exceptional quality of the cuisine. I opted for the tuna tataki as an appetizer, and it was incredible! Every bite was pure delight. Plus, the rest of the meal lived up to that first impression. The dishes were expertly prepared, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The chef was able to bring a touch of originality to each plate, creating flavor combinations that delight the taste buds. I can't wait to return to explore the menu further and discover other taste treasures.

In a gourmet restaurant, you don't tell a pregnant woman who doesn't eat raw food as an appetizer that her boyfriend can just eat her plate. There are pregnant women who cannot eat everything, you have to find out because some are not immune to everything so you have to be interested in your customer or specify on the cards or the server must specify knowing that the woman is pregnant. You can't change the menus and there is no adaptation for pregnant women unlike another one where we went the day before. There is little description on the products on the menu for people who have a specific diet. For the choice of tables, we at least offer either on the terrace or inside, we had to suggest ourselves if we could stay inside. As for wine, yes we don't drink it because I'm pregnant but there's no point in saying it loudly and suddenly offering it to the next table, implying that they're going to have some wine. The meal started badly but ended well with a little gesture for my boyfriend for his birthday and that is why despite my disappointment, I put 3 stars out of kindness hoping that this will be taken into account for improvement purposes. Cooking is not the only factor that makes a meal successful, it is a whole. It was wasted and you feel less of the flavor of the dishes when your mind is elsewhere. I will not return to this restaurant 40 minutes from my home, I am demanding and I wanted the best that day. ps: The young waiter is the best service level.
