Karma always greets me with a big smile, and Michelle in the kitchen makes amazing pizza—I always make sure to tell her that! I love chatting with her when I place my order over the phone. They should consider training the entire staff using Michelle and Karma as examples. Great job, ladies! You truly make my local spot feel like a real hometown gem.
