Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

There are many people on this platform who will do nothing but complain and can never be satisfied. This is one of the best places to share a family experience. The girl that helped us was so kind and helpful despite what others want to say, and to go to the lengths to improvise an order for someone when what they ordered wasn’t on the menu. Taking the initiative to make sure a women with her kids have the best possible experience. When asked what she recommends she was more than happy to give many suggestions to suit what the customer would enjoy. All in all great service and better atmosphere.

The young kids behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful! They work quickly and effectively! I am always grated immediately upon arrival! Couldn't ask for better!

I just left Ritas. I was served by a red-headed, heavier young man. He was relatively nice. My total came to $5.34. I gave him $6, and he got the change out the register and dropped it right in his tip jar without asking me while my mother was tipping him a dollar herself. I have no problem tipping you for your work, but let ME tip you. You dont take it upon yourself to do so simple. Because I would've given him more. I usually go to West Palm Location, and this has never happened. I didn't say anything cause it caught me off guard.

Good Italian Ice, just as I remember it from Long Island, the only issue was the place smelled a bit funny and had to eat outside.

Best customer service!! Johnny was working all by himself and he was absolutely wonderful!! He handled the high volume of clients with grace!! He apologized for the wait but moved with speed and was efficient!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
