The pizza was good, but I think the workers need to carry headdress and gloves through the corona, if they don't need them and shapes of jewelry on there hands that can pick up like fluffs, dust and hair overall I give him a 5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Waited two hours because they don't bother to check special instructions, used the wrong phone number and expected to give me cold pizza. The cashier was friendly and tried to accommodate us, but the manager demanded that we pay the full price because we refused two hours old pizza when they made the mistake and still never get. This place has terrible customer service. I was try to order some food this Haitians guy at the counter was very rude. He didn?t had his name tag. I ask him his name, and he said that ?? you not eat my name you need food. I got so upset and he also so manybad thing. Then I left the store hungry?
The rudest employees. All I wanted was some sauces and was forced to wait 15 minutes while the girl working on 6/8/22 at 9:05pm was on the phone. I told her before she got on the phone that all I wanted was sauces and she made me wait regardless. Then whenI politely asked her for the sauce she was rude and sighed at me. Absolutely rude and unprofessional female employee.

Double charged for pizza.. cashier stated, The first charge didn't go threw. go figure! ???
I have been going to this location for 2 years now and never had an issue but now that COVID-19 is affecting us I noticed that the workers have masks but are not using them they just have them around ther neck and to me thats a red sign that they are not being cautious enough also they are not wearing gloves to me thats a no so sadly that was the last time i ordered. Also customer service is really bad.
