EXCELLENT! We stopped here in a mood and will definitely come back! It was quiet and cozy, and the morning brush was over. The patty melt was absolutely perfect (and not soggy! and incredibly delicious. I enjoyed the Coleslaw too sweet, but not too sweet. The prices were lower than expected, which was a welcome surprise and the service was warm and friendly. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food a great littl... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Frannie's:
I like the old diner look and the feeling. Waitress was caught in time with only 4 tables? Did she always ask? Are everyone ready? It was 10 o'clock. french toast has to soak more. Potatoes are bland. I asked for roasted hash-browns and corn-Rindhasch, but you can have your own opinion about it from my photo. Coffee is like a regular diner coffee. Tomatoes are not fresh. EXCELLENT! We decided to stop by on a whim, and we will definitely return! The place was quiet and cozy, just the way we like it, especially after the morning rush. The patty melt was absolutely perfect—not at all soggy and incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed the coleslaw; it was sweet, but not overly so. The prices were lower than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise, and the service was warm and friendly. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the food—this is a great little diner!
I visited Frannies for the first time today and tried the eggs Benedict along with hash browns—they were delicious! However, the main reason for my high rating is my wonderful waitress, Sarah. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and polite. Every restaurant needs a Sarah on their team!
Friends, all I can say is this location was wonderful! The service was kind and attentive, and the food was very, very good! Come by and enjoy a wonderful breakfast or lunch. Two ladies run the place and are on point! But be patient if there busy! It?s worth it! Come by and enjoy a nice local spot! And bring friends! Ooh please be sure to tip good! They work hard for you so take care of them! Have a wonderful day!???
READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! I am going to start with the positives...... The location is very easy to find and accessible. The pricing is not high. It's very normal in range. The service was good. And the place is clean....... Now for the negatives....... The portions are VERY small. I got a LARGE biscuits and gravy, it came with two biscuits. I got a $4 side of bacon, it came with 3 strips. The food flavor was not horrible but it was very bland. Not something I would intentionally go back to but not something I would not join friends for. This restaurant is a decent place for the 65 and over crowd. Atmosphere, price, food portions, and flavor. But I would not recommend it to a younger crowd. The photo shown on Google of their interior is nothing like how it actually is. See my photos attached. Let's not forget the $3 charge for sharing food. But again, I guess that is directly geared towards the older crowd? On a side note...... Masks, lots of masks. There is no sign on the door and they did not bother us about not having one but they were everywhere. But i will not hold other people's thoughts and fears against this store as they did not force them on us. Over all not horrible but not a place I will be back to.
I appreciate the classic diner atmosphere and the nostalgic vibe it offers. However, the waitress seemed a bit stuck in the past with only four tables to manage. She kept asking if everyone was ready, even though it was already 10 o'clock. The French toast could have used a longer soaking time, and the potatoes were quite bland. I ordered roasted hash browns and corn Rindhasch, but you can judge for yourself by looking at my photo. The coffee tasted like your standard diner brew, and the tomatoes weren't fresh.
