Terrible customer service. I was charged for a tip that the driver wrote on the reception, although I gave him a cash tip and his exact amount that I charged. Keep an eye on the transactions made in this business I no longer trust them the manager tried not even to fix the problem, except to offer me credit for it instead of repaying the top amount.
