McDonald's - Royal Oak

This is possibly the best McDonald's in the world. I have been coming here for close to 20 years. Every time I have had an issue with my order, it has been promptly resolved.

Super clean! service was fast and very nice. I usually go through the drive-thru, but we went this time due to a long car line and I was pleasantly surprised.

The food was good, but we wanted there and they gave it to us to go

Extremely rude manager on shift @2pm 07/23, of which, like to scream to customers through the drive-thru window. this person has clearly forgotten that she is in customer service. a simple /polite request would have been sufficient, but this low i.q trailer park person felt the need to take a job with me to not wait on the job, radio for an order that already paid and marked as ready for picking up. She has tried not to recognize me as long as she could and then was overly rude and obviously not understand barking orders with someone who is not a McDonalds employee does not keep water. This is now becoming a repetition issue which I will address in relation to this thema. also I am a local Google tour guide with thousands views per month; clearly the mcdonalds on woodward only west of this location is emaculatly better run. I would personally recommend avoiding this very slow place with rude workers. it remembers more of the hazel park than royal oak.

A top notch Quarter Pounder and Chicken McNuggets, a working ice cream machine, and a bonus Happy Meal toy tonight we're lucky this is our neighborhood location.
