Dunkin' - Royal Oak

I ordered an Iced Chai Latte, but it tasted like just milk. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was fine, though a bit slow. My friend also got a hot chai latte, and it was mostly milk as well. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit.

I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. I would recommend staying away from this place. We ordered four items, and they messed up two of them and completely forgot one. They also never provided me with a receipt, so I'm not even sure if they charged me for it.

Delicious coffee and quick service! I always enjoy grabbing my morning coffee from this Dunkin' Donuts location, and I occasionally treat myself to a donut as well. Each time I've visited, they've had a variety of flavored coffee options available, along with a fresh selection of donuts. Coffee is important to many people, and this Dunkin' Donuts clearly prioritizes that for their customers, evident in their attentive service. Even though the location is in a busy area, they manage to serve customers efficiently at any time of day. I love my coffee, and I'm not alone—many others in the area share the same sentiment. If you can deliver simple yet delicious coffee, you're bound to have a successful franchise in my book!

They are always out of numerous items. The owners could care less. They have zero customer service skills. The last time I was there the ice cream was melting in the containers, there was ice cream in a large puddle on the floors. I previously came in for an order and they seemed annoyed by asking for a dozen variety of bagels. Sorry for giving you business?? They have no manners, just kind of grunt at you. Customer service skills manners would go a long way here. Not sure why they chose to run a business behave like this.

We pulled up to get our coffees in the drive-thru and they had 15-20 double shots of expresso pre made, stacked, sitting in plastic cups waiting to get added to coffees for the morning (Expresso shots go bad very shortly after making them, and also hot expresso shouldn't go directly into PLASTIC CUPS!! . Will never go back, if they are cutting corners like that who knows what else is going on. I even asked the guy if they were expresso shots sitting there and he confirmed it.
