There is another situation at 16 and dequindre- go there instead. the ice I bought here was clearly frozen and then refrozen. they know they threw it away, but they sold it. it tastes like raw cookie dough and it is likely to eat insecure. the apple frit are also more like a hostess Apple Pie. they just go somewhere else - they will be so much happier.

The ice cram was ok. The service was nice but the coolers were open when we walked up and waited for the employees to help us. Not sure why the lids were open on the coolers but there was condensation all over them, making it ward to see what I was Orting. Not sure if it was food safe.

Horrible.......they act as if you don't exist. when they finally get to you they have no customer service etiquette. the ice cream had ice chunks in it and very soft. quality was poor. baskin robbins always had good quality products. they should sell the franchise to someone who cares about their customers. will never go back!!!! don't waste your money.

We ordered a cake for mother's day and it was a mess. The picture wasn't centered like it was in the online order form. All cracked like it was an afterthought.
