The Fierce Grizzly - Roxbury

I made reservations here one month in advance for my birthday. The reservations were confirmed via text the day before. I arrived to find the restaurant closed lights off, doors locked. The only other people there were fellow diners who had also made reservations in vain. Disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent service. The dishes were delicious. Their honey whipped butter is to die for. Best pork chop I've had in a long time. Very juicy and well prepared. Great find and will visit again.

Fantastic service, atmosphere and food that my girlfriend and I devoured. Felt like we were in a special restaurant and we loved everything we ate.

My fiance and I made a reservation while staying at Roxbury. We enjoyed the atmosphere and got seated fairly quickly. We liked the appetizers, however for entrees we asked for two medium rare steaks. One came out fine and the other came out undercooked. We told the waiter and he took the steak and put it back in the oven to cook for additional 3 minutes, but it was still not medium rare as asked. It would have been nice to receive some discount as we were not fully able to enjoy the meal. Otherwise, everything was good.
