I went here recently and had the chicken stir fry over a salad which was delicious with every bite. The chicken was cooked just right and the salad was super fresh and cut in small pieces. It looked as good as it tasted. I believe I spoke to the owner who is very knowledgeable and professional about health. The kitchen is good addition to the health conscious individual. I'm over it. It costs 20 dollars to have one smoothie bowl brought to me via doordash and my order wasn't even right. I never complain but I'm sick and all I wanted was a stupid smoothie bowl. View all feedback.

I am considering checking myself into a rehab clinic, because I'm actually addicted to their Coco Date Shake. I think about it every day, and most days I give in, and when I don't, whatever I replace it with ends in disappointment. Only complaint is that they don't offer an XL, because I'd order it.
Friendly staff who remember faces, snd great you with warm smiles. Every shake I've tried are delicious filling. Your also able to customize you shakes as well! The chia pudding fresh pressed juices are a favorite. Salads are huge portions, look for the monthly specials.Food: 5/5

4/5 is pretty good and this place is pretty good. In this area there are very few good take out options, so my family relies on Empower. The service is very professional, and the food quality is consistent. My wife and I usually get the southwest wrap and my daughter gets the Cesar salad wrap; both are good choices.
