Mcdonald's - Roxburgh Park

I took my family out for lunch and was appalled by how dirty and messy the restaurant was! We left immediately. I can't recommend a place that is in such poor condition. The photos below show just a glimpse of the actual situation!

I went last night with family, found the play area so nasty and mess, I asked on reception to send some to clean the tables in play room. Waiting for couple minutes again asked please send some one. Finally one person came to cleaned one table and floor and then disappeared. Sorry to say but very mess and disgusting McDonald’s in the area. Management action required please.

Absolutely disgusting, waited for 10 minutes before someone decided to come to the counter to serve us. Then had to wait over an hour for food to be served. Don 't even get me started on cleanliness and hygiene. A child vomited on the floor and when I asked someone to clean it up her response was Ewwww I can 't clean that I was shocked! The manager was literally sitting on a sofa in the back watching tv (you could see her from the front counter). When everyone started yelling out of frustration, she decided to come out. The toilet sinks were clogged, everywhere was in a disgraceful mess and the vomit just sat on the floor the whole time and no one came out to clean it. Food prepared, just sat on the counter for 15 minutes until they decided to call the customer to collect it, serving cold food. You shouldn 't have 15-16 year old running a store doing nothing but laughing and hanging around not doing their job properly. I asked for a refund and I was refused. If I could, I would rate them -100 but 1 is sadly the lowest option. I will definitely be reporting this store to the Department of health and safety!!!

Absolutely disgusted by the filth at the Roxburgh Park location. Long wait for orders, many customers had wrong orders, slow service, zero regard for cleanliness. Food on the tables on the floor. Many customers were waiting for their order. Nowhere to sit due all the garbage throughout the restaurant. Very disappointed.

What a disappointing place it has turned into. It's incredibly dirty. Most of the staff just stand around and chat. Roxburgh Park is living up to its reputation.
