Customers also encountered rude staff behavior, including dismissive attitudes and lengthy wait times despite a line of customers. Additionally, the absence of basic items like salad lids compounded frustrations. Overall, the consensus suggests a significant deterioration in both service excellence and food quality, prompting many to vow never to return. This restaurant appears to be in dire need of improvement.

Terrible experience at this location . I made an online order at 8:40 pm the store closes at 10pm according to their business hours . Upon arrival instead of being greeted. I get we are currently closed at 9:00 pm .i let them know that I had submitted an online order . They hand me my order. when I got home check in the bag they were all 6 inch subs when I had originally order 2 12 inch and 1 6 inch sub . This is not a great way to make business . Won’t ever use this subway again .
I visited the Subway located at 2808 Durham Road in Roxboro on 10/4/2023. Upon arrival, there was only one customer getting a sandwich made. The employees behind the counter were chatting and joking with each other, ignoring our presence. It seemed like the girl was focused on fulfilling an online order and they were working at a very slow pace. The restaurant had a cleanliness grade of 95, but I usually prefer a grade of 98 or higher. The interior actually appeared dirty. Due to the lack of attention and slow service, we decided to leave without placing an order. I do not recommend this Subway location.
My husband went to Subway in Roxboro NC . We both were upset for 2 6 inches subs cost us twenty one dollars. I got chicken instead of where is the beef my was Where is the chicken . I brought one six sub in Hillsborough NC it was full of chicken and veggies it cost me a little ovee six dollars . My advice is do not go to Roxboro subway you will be over charged for a sorry sub. The sandwiches were good.
The service was good even though they have some remolding going on.Kid-friendliness: They were good with my nephews when they gave there order.
