At this KFC location, the experience seems to sour for many patrons, overshadowing the hot and fresh food they often provide. Reports of rudeness from management and a lack of accountability permeate the atmosphere, leading to uncomfortable dining experiences. Customers have encountered issues with order fulfillment, especially through the app, and generally slow service due to staffing shortages. Although the food quality remains a bright spot, the indifferent and sometimes disrespectful treatment from staff creates a significant deterrent for returning customers. I found a bug in my food, fried into the gizzards. It seems there might be bugs in the flour. Proceed with caution!
We were waiting patiently for our food and the manger came over and rudely told us to stop taking pictures of the staff which we were not. We waiting in the back of the restaurant and not bothering anyone. We were all extremely uncomfortable and asked for our money back. The manger refused to talk to us and then when she did she refused to give us a refund. Yelling at us the customers in front of a dining room full of customers. While the people behind the counter were laughing at us. I have never experienced such disrespect from this place and will never return and recommend other people go to a different location.Just so everyone’s knows the manger name was Lavonda that treated us this way
Sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Ordered my food they did not have extra crispy (like normal never have any extra crispy) so I ordered original. Got to the window then they inform me that they are out of all bread. So I asked for a discount because I was not getting all the food I ordered. Manager said no so I left with nothing. Will never go back. So we went to la cocina and had great food in fifteen minutes.
Despite never being busy, this location has incredibly slow service and consistently gets orders wrong. I would advise against visiting! I won’t be returning.
Did not get what I ordered and I live 10 plus miles from KFC.
