My experience here was always acceptable. Many times more deorganized. When using discounts, it can be complicated. Came with friends and we all had almost done our food when you got their sub. No one informed us when it was finished, they left it on the counter behind the register. But the food is always fresh and well prepared. I mean, look at this sub! The best subs in town! Even though they’re always busy, they consistently prepare the tastiest subs. I really appreciate all the hard work you put into making such delicious sandwiches. I’ll definitely be ordering from you again soon!
The sandwich was tasty, but my bread was soaked in oil and vinegar, making it soggy. It would be great if customers could leave special requests for their orders.
The bread was soggy and greasy, and while it wasn't hot, it was warm. I only ate it because I was hungry. There weren't many mushrooms in my mushroom steak sub, and the fried onions were thin and greasy as well. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. This was supposed to be my monthly treat, but as a senior, I have to be careful with my budget.
Delicious subs and outstanding service! The staff appeared genuinely happy to be there, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I want to extend a big thank you to the manager from tonight (11/19/21) and the other gentleman who was so friendly. He provided me with another sandwich without hesitation. Customer service like yours is what keeps customers coming back, and it is always appreciated!
