If i could give this dunks a 0 I would. Completely awful service, messed up my order in 3 different ways and proceeded to blame it on me. Save yourself from this dunks and drive the extra few miles to the one in Georgetown where the staff is amazing!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They always turn off the ovens and are very rude. They close the oven hours before they close the actual store very disappointing. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I went here today for 1 hot coffee. At the drive-thru, I was handed the coffee, and as soon as I took it into my truck, the lid popped off and some of the coffee spilled on me and my seat. She quickly took it back saying she would put it in a new cup, which she did. But when I got to my destination, and opened it, I found she poured what was left in the original cup instead of replacing or at least refilling it. Also, the last time I went inside to order, I was rudely informed that I had to order from the kiosk, and refused to just take my order. Coincidentally, it was the same girl as todays visit.
