This Dunkin' Donuts location in Massachusetts is the least efficiently operated. There is consistently not enough staff compared to other branches, causing long wait times even just for a simple coffee order at the drive-thru. The wait can often exceed 20 minutes, even during regular hours. I usually try to avoid this particular location because it's quicker to drive to a different one instead of waiting here. They leave their order ahead walk-in option on, but lock the doors. Either abandon your order or stay 20 minutes in the drive thru line to get it.
I would love to know why they post hours if they're just going to close whenever they want and ignore people in the drive thru a half hour before the place is posted to close. Ridiculous! Cannot run a business with just children working there.
I often have issues with getting my order mixed up at this restaurant. During my last visit to the drive-thru, the employee insisted my order was correct even though it wasn't, and then rudely said she didn't want to see me there again. It's unacceptable for a business to have such poor service. If they want to stay in business much longer, they need to hire new employees.
I placed and paid for my order using the Dunkin app. The employees at the restaurant refused to acknowledge me or even make eye contact. I repeatedly requested for them to review the receipt I had for my order. Ultimately, they instructed me to contact Dunkin for a refund. It is unfortunate that giving zero stars is not a possibility.
